I found the recipe in the Jessica Seinfeld book, Deceptively Delicious, then I made it my own, because hers was kind of bland.


3 or 4 Avacados
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Greek Yogurt (I prefer Fage in 0% or 2%, but whatever)
Mayo (Miracle Whip can burn in hell)
Lime juice (Lemon juice works well, too.)


So, Mrs. Seinfeld says to puree the ‘cados, which is fine if you like it really smooth, but mashing it up with a fork (potato masher works fine if they’re not very soft). Add a big spoonful of the Greek Yogurt and 1 tbsp of mayo. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, Tapatio, & lime juice to taste. Mix it all up and dig in.
